Her teachings are informed by her passion for rabbinic scholarship, Jewish mysticism and her lifelong studies of psychology and Eastern spiritual traditions and practices.
Prior to her work in the Jewish community, Rabba Kaya worked as a Professional Feng Shui Consultant, having trained with several Feng Shui masters throughout the U.S. Her senior rabbinic thesis addresses the re-envisioning of synagogue space based on an understanding of ancient universal principles of sacred space applied to the design of the wilderness Tabernacle.
Rabba Kaya has taught at Isabella Freedman Jewish Retreat Center, Limmud Boston and The Massachusetts Synagogue Council Kolot program.
